Hello, my name is Marilyn J Magett, Founder & CEO of CRS Financial Management Solutions.
I was a little girl who tossed around numbers the way most children toss around marbles. I grew up in family with absentee parents and had to learn quickly how to manage for myself and five younger siblings. I learned to manage the household. I learned how to create order out of chaos.
And now – I can stand in the middle of the storm with everything blowing out of control this way and that – and I can make it stop. I can direct the flying objects to the position I want them to land in and settle the storm with a wave of my hand. (Fanciful but true!)
Through persistence and dedication, I quickly rose through the ranks from bank teller to CFO of a bank in New York. Since then I’ve used my expertise to help dozens of businesses achieve financial stability and success.

Having been a CFO for more than 30 years, and working in so many different businesses and industries, I have the expertise to provide guidance and support in many functions of your business – sales, marketing, operations, and most especially – financial management.
I hold an MBA from Baruch College, City University of New York, and a BS in Accounting and Financial Planning from State University of New York. I have been CFO of a Bank and have held positions of Controller, Director of Finance, CFO, COO, and finally Founder & CEO of my own business CRS Financial Management Solutions.
