The annual performance review is dead. Marjorie (Margie) M. Mauldin, consultant, trainer, entrepreneur and author of the new book, Feedback Revolution, will bring you up to speed and into the new era of workplace communication. “More than ever, in a digital ‘screen age,’ employees depend on email and text for communications,” says Mauldin. “But for better performance, it’s critical that they also have the human-to-human skills and strategies to give and receive quality feedback.” With 30 years of experience, Mauldin will empower your audience to anticipate and solve communication- based problems to maximize performance, minimize risk and achieve superior performance in today’s global marketplace—across every industry and every generation. She’ll explain that in order for the feedback revolution to be effective and worthwhile, we will first need to examine what effective feedback really is—and in doing so discover that much of what we’ve thought about feedback has been off-base and some of it outright wrong.
