Dale Halm is a small business coach/trainer and has held multiple leadership positions for a Fortune 50 company. He has contributed significantly to record setting start-up operations and large-scale change initiatives resulting in multi-million dollar cost savings. Dale’s extensive experience (20+ years) includes various training and organization development roles at Intel, Freescale Semiconductor, and Arizona Public Service Company. He is a Registered Organization Development Consultant (RODC) and holds both a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University. He is the author of The Excellence Agenda, and a contributing author of the book, Best Practices in Leadership Development and Organizational Change. His writings on change management have been featured in Western Energy Magazine and in the OD Practitioner Journal. Dale has been a speaker at numerous business conferences including the Phoenix CEO Group, the Society for Human Resource Management, The Association for Quality & Productivity, and the Noyce Foundation.
