Overview: Suppliers will learn the ins and outs of continuously delivering value to prospective customers to remain relevant regardless of the prevailing economic conditions.  We will explore the importance of building relationships with key internal stakeholders, how to develop strategic partnerships across various functional business units to penetrate into an organization’s structure beyond the Supplier Diversity department and its relevance to obtaining and sustaining business partnerships.

Overview: This session explores how partnering with supply management leads to innovation to an organization’s supply chain to optimize efficiency, drive profits, and add maximal value.  In addition to refining the first draft of your total value proposition, we will review a real-world success story of a supplier whose value proposition statements are consistently aligned with organizational goals, wins short-term and long-term contracts and provide greater results within an organization’s supply chain.
