All of us WBEs are in business because we love it. We each have a dream that we work very hard to achieve every day. When things are going well, it’s easy for any of us to stay engaged and motivated. But when things are not going as well as we would like, then growing and running our business is a whole lot tougher.
As the leaders of our many exciting businesses, WE are the most critical people to set an inspirational the tone for our business. It’s up to us to keep our own engagement and motivation at peak levels—and to inspire others. But sometimes the daily reality of owning and running a business and a family can chip away at our motivation. Maybe we lose a sale. Maybe a key employee quits. Maybe we’ve worked so hard that we’re beginning to burn out. When we see our engagement and motivation dropping, we need to know how to get up, dust ourselves off, and get back into the place where the business can face the challenge ahead with a smile.
Join us and our dynamic panel of WBEs that will share secrets about how to stay energized and motivated as you grow your business. We’re also inviting every participant to share your most effective engagement and motivation techniques, as well.
